What is your deal on Holidays?
We are open every holiday Monday, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Labour Day
Do you have cinnamon buns every day?
We have freshly baked and ready to eat cinnamon buns everyday in store. We also have 4-pack of bake at home frozen buns and try to keep them stocked for those days we sell out or do not have them,
Is your food kosher?
Coven’s kitchen has been certified kosher as of July 2021! While this does not accompany anything sold in our grocery that is produced outside the building, everything that comes from our kitchen is done through kosher supervision!
Is there parking?
There is free parking all along Main St. on the north side, including directly in front of our door. If parking is full you can park down the side streets ( Balsam & Connaught) or on Main east of Gage Ave.
May I order a full cake/bakery items?
Absolutely! As long as we have 48hrs notice (more is preferable but 48hrs will do!) . You can place an order & check out all of our options by clicking Cake Order Form/Baked Good Order Form in the menu bar of this very website!
I want [insert product name here] but you don’t carry it regularly, can you special order it?
Absolutely! Depending on availability we will always do our best to bring you in the product you are looking for. Special Orders can take some time and may require a minimum purchase amount, but that is usually coupled with a discount! Send us an e-mail or call the store to inquire!
Do you do delivery?
As of February 2022 heck yeah we do! We bought a van and are driving your favourite groceries and baked goods all across southern Ontario! Head on over to our delivery info page to see when we are going where and information about ordering!
Do you take credit / debit?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Interac Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay & cash. We love cash most of all.
Will you carry the product that I make?
Send an e-mail with your product info, wholesale & sell sheets, delivery info, and anything else pertinent to covenmarket@gmail.com and we will get back to you! We do require samples of anything before adding it to our shelves. Make sure your product is absolutely vegan, containing no animal derived ingredients whatsoever, honey included.
Do you carry JUST Egg?
the Liquid JUST Egg is not available in Canada until Fall 2021, the frozen folded patties are arriving in February/March 2021, at which time we will carry tons and tons of them. You can pre-order bulk cases of the Patties by following the ordering instructions in the right most column of this page.
Do you do any shipping of orders by mail?
We do not do any mailing, and do not have any plans to do so.
Do you have anything nut free?
Most of the deli, savory, & baked goods we make are nut free, as well as a large amount of our groceries. Everything is clearly labeled in store for your convenience and safety.
Do you have anything gluten free?
Lots of the deli & savory options we make are gluten free, as well as a large amount of our groceries.
Do you have anything soy free?
Lots of the bakery & deli options we make are soy free, as well as a large amount of our groceries
